Do you take insurance?

I accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Carelon, Magellan and Quest. I am an out-of-network provider for all others at this time. I can provide superbills to assist with insurance reimbursement.

When are you available?

Iā€™m available weekday afternoons and evenings.

Can I be seen in-person?

At present I am only offering telehealth appointments.

How long are appointments?

Sessions are 45 minutes.

What can I expect during a first session?

During a first session, we will review necessary paperwork, and I will conduct an intake interview to get to know your history and what is bringing you to therapy.
